Jazz nights take place on Tuesdays at the Salty Dog in the Beach

Some of Toronto’s finest mainstream jazz musicians will be playing at the Salty Dog Bar and Grill in the Beach over the next few Tuesday nights.

These free to attend performances happen every Tuesday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., starting tonight Tuesday, Dec. 4 with Alison Young on saxophone, Stacie McGregor on piano, Artie Roth on bass, and Greg Pilo on drums.

The next few performances happen Tuesday Dec. 11 and Tuesday Dec. 18.

The Dec. 11 show will feature Pat LaBarbera on sax, Dave Restivo on piano, Duncan Hopkins on bass, and Greg Pilo on drums.

The Dec. 18 show will see Kirk MacDonald on sax, Lorne Lofsky on guitar, Neil Swainson on bass and Greg Pilo perform.

There will not be performances during the holiday season on Tuesday Dec. 25 (Christmas Day) and Jan. 1 (New Year’s Day).
